Our institutions purpose, vision, mission and values are:

• To produce the human engineers – the ones that maintain and prosper the societal harmony and educational equity.
• To produce competent and committed teachers for the 21st century with great vision, commitments and managerial competencies.
• To identify the reforms needed to revamp the teacher education program in the light of emerging trends in teacher education and school education.
• To provide necessary inputs to educational planners and policy makers of teacher education for future planning and re-structuring of teacher education in the country as a whole and in the state of Andhra Pradesh in particular.

Staff committee
|
All teaching and administrative staff is the members of Staff Committee. The meeting of Staff Committee is held once in a month where important issues related with staff, institution and students are discussed and redressed.

Internal Quality Assessment Cell (IQAC)
|
IQAC actively engaged in improving quality of teachers and solving learning problems of students. It suggests measures which ensure overall quality of teachers and students both.

Governing Body
|
It consists of five members, a President, a Secretary and three trustees of the trust. The meeting is held as and when required and decisions are taken on the issues referred

Advisory committees like Library advisory committee, Co-curricular activities committee, Cultural Committee, Grievance committee etc.

Promotion of co-operation and empowerment of faculty, participation in college academics and administration, procurement of books, materials infrastructure facilities, learning resources etc.

Student Committee/Parent-Teachers Association
|
The Student Committee comprises of five members, representatives of the students. The meeting is held bi monthly where problems of students are discussed and represented to the staff committee. The PTA consists of twenty members, four faculties and sixteen parents. The meeting is held twice in a year where related issues are discussed and redressed
